FB Bombas operates a 5,000+ m² manufacturing facility in Cabreúva-SP (70 km from São Paulo), in continuous operation since 1944. Real production capabilities: high-precision CNC machining (CNC lathes and 5-axis machining centers), in-house assembly cell, hydraulic test bench per ANSI/HI 14.6 (hydrostatic testing at 1.5× design pressure on 100% of pumps), NDE by liquid penetrant (PT), magnetic particle (MT), radiography (RT) and positive material identification (PMI), and dynamic rotor balancing per ISO 21940-11 grade G2.5. Active Petrobras CRCC Family 6 (Rotating Equipment) registration for decades.
