After receiving the brief, application engineering performs technical analysis and returns the complete quote — data sheet, bill of materials and lead time. NFPA-20 fire protection systems and custom solutions (skids, retrofit) follow project-scope timing defined by process engineering.

Does FB Bombas serve all of Brazil?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve all 27 Brazilian states — sales, technical sizing and logistics ship from the factory in Cabreúva, São Paulo. Freight and lead time vary by region; the technical quote includes FOB Cabreúva and CIF state capital on request. For large projects or facilities requiring on-site visits, we dispatch an application engineer to the site upon request.

Does FB Bombas export to Latin America?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly export to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia and Ecuador. Export documentation (Single Export Declaration, MERCOSUR certificate of origin when applicable, packing list) is issued by FB itself. Quotes in USD, BRL or local currency depending on destination. Sales team serves in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Do you offer on-site technical visits for sizing or retrofit?

Yes, subject to prior assessment. For projects with critical NPSH, special fluids, retrofit of existing installations or custom skids, we send an application engineer on-site for dimensional survey, available head measurement and feasibility analysis. The visit is quoted case by case and credited in the purchase order when the order closes.

Four active channels: (1) /contact form with three-group data sheet; (2) email comercial@fbbombas.com.br attaching PFD, P&ID or reference data sheet; (3) WhatsApp +55 11 97287-4837 for quick brief; (4) phone +55 11 4898-9200, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. BRT. Briefings with flow, head, fluid, viscosity and project standard shorten the quote cycle.

Question 6

What technical data should I send to receive an accurate quote?

Accepted Answer

For first-line response, provide: flow (m³/h), total head (m), pumped fluid, operating temperature (°C), viscosity when applicable (cP) and project standard if any (API 610, API 676, NFPA-20, NBR 16704). When available, attach PFD, P&ID or existing data sheet — engineering cross-references the application database to accelerate sizing.

Who answers the technical brief on the contact channel?

Accepted Answer

FB Bombas application engineers — the same who sign data sheets, hydraulic bench tests and final dimensional reports. Briefings with clear scope are routed directly to the engineer responsible for the product line (FBE/FBEI gear, FBCN centrifugal, FBOT thermal oil, NFPA-20 systems).

What are FB Bombas business hours?

Sales and application engineering: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Brasília time zone (BRT, UTC−3). E-mails received outside hours queue for the next business day. WhatsApp is monitored during business hours; off-hours messages are answered at the next business window opening.
