FBOT Technical Manual
Thermal Oil Pump — Dual-stage sealing for operation up to 350°C in organic thermal oils
The FBOT series is dedicated to pumping organic thermal oils in industrial heating systems. Operates up to 350°C with dual sealing: graphite packings in contact with the thermal fluid and a mechanical seal submerged in bearing oil — ensures system thermal stability. The fluid must not contain abrasive particles or materials that chemically attack the pump components.

Who is this manual for
Process engineers at plants with thermal-oil heating systems (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, textile, plastics) who need robust sealing for continuous high-temperature operation.
When to use
Read during selection (characteristic curves at 1750 and 3500 rpm, maximum pressure vs temperature), during installation (auxiliary connections, ANSI B16.42 150 lbs flanges or DIN EN 1092-2 PN16) and for maintenance (DIN EN 24250 parts list).
