Modernizing the pumping point with a new FB pump: new duty point, new materials, same base and piping
Re-rating of the existing installation with supply of a new FB pump. The team surveys the current installation — interface dimensions, nozzles, baseplate, bolt holes, shaft height, drive — and the real duty point (Q×H, available NPSH, fluid and temperature), designs the hydraulics for the newly required point, validates by CFD and manufactures the complete pump in Cabreúva-SP. FB manufactures pumps: it does not sell spare parts for another manufacturer, does not redesign third-party internals and does not reuse the installed casing. Where the installed pump carries the same ASME B73.1 dimensional designation, base and piping are preserved; outside that condition, engineering issues an adaptation drawing. Shortens the shutdown window and removes dependence on imported spares. Applicable to standard ASME B73.1 horizontal centrifugal pumps and similar, from any source of supply.

The assembly is delivered ready for field installation. Final mechanical installation is typically executed by the customer installer following our technical documentation. Assisted commissioning available as additional service.
