Pumps in Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel or special alloys — in-house CNC machining with verifiable PMI
Complete pump design in alloys resistant to severe corrosion, high temperatures or extreme abrasion. FB Bombas works with noble alloys — Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, CD4MCu and aluminum bronze — with PMI (Positive Material Identification) spectrographic verification of received base metal. The project starts with chemical analysis of the fluid and operating conditions, followed by technical material selection, in-house CNC machining and manufacturing with full traceability from raw-material certificate to non-destructive testing (PT/MT/RT) of parts.

Yes. Every assembly undergoes hydraulic test, hydrostatic test at 1.5× operating pressure and dynamic balancing ISO 21940 G2.5. Customer receives complete report with measured actual curve.
Yes. As a direct manufacturer, we keep parts stock for base series (FBCN, FBE, FBEI, FBOT) and manufacture custom project-specific parts with traceability.

The assembly is delivered ready for field installation. Final mechanical installation is typically executed by the customer installer following our technical documentation. Assisted commissioning available as additional service.
