Limits vary by series. FBE and FBEI: up to 350°C, provided a heating jacket and special sealing are used. FBOT: up to 350°C in thermal oil circuits. FBCN: up to 260°C, with materials and sealing suited to the service. Well-sized sealing and materials are a condition for safe operation in these ranges.

ASME B73.1 dimensional compliance — the North American standard for horizontal end-suction process centrifugal pumps — is a feature of the FBCN series and enables retrofit on existing baseplates in Poxoréu plants, regardless of which brand occupied the base, provided the designation coincides.
