Yes. In addition to the standard portfolio, FB Bombas develops custom solutions for special applications, including modifications in construction materials, sealing arrangements, integrated heating systems, skids, mobile assemblies and retrofit of existing installations. Special projects go through engineering before manufacturing.

The FB line covers a wide range: mineral and synthetic oils, asphalt (CAP), BPF fuel oils, petroleum derivatives, molasses, resins, viscous chemical and hydraulic products (FBE series); raw and treated water, process fluids, industrial effluents (FBCN series); thermal oil at elevated temperatures (FBOT series). Each application is sized according to fluid viscosity, temperature and chemical compatibility.

Yes. The FBCN series follows ASME B73.1 normalization (North American dimensional standard for end-suction process pumps) — which makes the pump-and-motor set interchangeable with global manufacturers (KSB, Sulzer, Goulds, Flowserve) already installed in plants in Terra Rica. For retrofits, the existing baseplate, suction/discharge piping and foundations are usually preserved; what changes is the rotating set. FB application engineering performs the dimensional gap analysis prior to supply.

Lead time depends on the chosen series, construction materials and stock availability. For standard configuration pumps, lead times are shorter; for special or custom constructions, the schedule is informed in the technical proposal. Logistics for Terra Rica is handled by our regular road operator.

For critical parts (mechanical seal, impeller, shaft, wear ring, bearings) during a plant shutdown in Terra Rica, FB Bombas runs an emergency flow: pre-invoicing, priority dispatch and alternative modal (express road or air transport depending on distance and criticality). Typical lead time varies by region, with a window negotiable case by case. For customers with an installed base and scheduled PM, part of the stock can be kept on consignment at the plant.

Yes. Every FB Bombas pump delivered to Terra Rica comes with a complete technical Data Book: hydraulic test certificate, material certificates (stainless, duplex, ductile cast iron per spec), ISO 21940 G2.5 balancing report, characteristic curve measured on the bench, API 682 mechanical-seal data sheets, operation and maintenance manual, and as-built drawings. All documentation is traceable by the unit serial number.

Yes. FB Bombas offers technical training for operations and maintenance teams in Terra Rica, with modules on: sizing and reading the characteristic curve, identifying cavitation through NPSH, mechanical-seal troubleshooting, laser alignment, ISO 10816 vibration analysis and PM (preventive maintenance) practice with bearing and wear-ring replacement. Training can be delivered at the customer plant or at the Cabreúva/SP factory, in person or hybrid.

Yes. Since FB Bombas manufactures entirely in Cabreúva/SP, replacement parts for the FBE, FBEI, FBCN and FBOT series are available directly from the factory, with short lead times for scheduled stops and priority service for emergencies. This significantly reduces total cost of ownership.

Yes. FB Bombas serves Terra Rica and the entire surrounding region with supply, technical support and replacement parts directly from the factory in Cabreúva/SP. Support includes sizing at no cost and, for critical projects, on-site technical visits.
