When there is a plant shutdown in Alcântara, FB Bombas triggers an emergency flow dedicated to critical parts (mechanical seal, impeller, shaft, wear ring, bearings): the order gets pre-invoicing, dispatch is prioritized and the modal can change — express road or air, decided by distance and criticality.
