Yes. In addition to the standard portfolio, FB Bombas develops custom solutions for special applications, including modifications in construction materials, sealing arrangements, integrated heating systems, skids, mobile assemblies and retrofit of existing installations. The FB Bombas rotating set is balanced per ISO 21940 G2.5 (a balancing grade equivalent to API 610 requirements for heavy-duty service) — required for critical projects in Tefé with continuous regime, plants with online vibration monitoring or applications with high cost of unplanned downtime. For machines running above 3,600 RPM or with rotating mass over 50 kg, balancing is performed on two planes with a piezoelectric sensor.

Sizing is performed by FB Bombas’ application engineering team based on four key variables: desired flow, differential pressure, working temperature and fluid viscosity. Additional data such as available NPSH, operating cycle and fluid chemical compatibility are also considered. The service is free of charge for customers in Tefé.

Yes. Every FB Bombas pump delivered to Tefé comes with a complete technical Data Book: ANSI/HI 14.6 hydraulic test certificate, material certificates (stainless, duplex, ductile cast iron per spec), ISO 21940 G2.5 balancing report, characteristic curve measured on the bench, API 682 mechanical-seal data sheets, operation and maintenance manual, and as-built drawings. All documentation is traceable by the unit serial number.

Maximum temperature depends on the series: FBE and FBEI operate up to 350°C with heating jacket and special sealing; FBOT operates up to 350°C in thermal oil circuits; FBCN operates up to 250°C with proper materials and sealing. Correct sizing of sealing and materials is essential for safe operation.
