They do. In the FBE and FBCN lines, wear-affected components sit in easily accessible positions, so conventional tools suffice for disassembly and inspection. Add detailed technical manuals and factory-direct availability of replacement parts — and maintenance becomes an uncomplicated routine.

Three fluid fronts are covered by the FB series. FBE: mineral and synthetic oils, asphalt (CAP), BPF fuel oils, petroleum derivatives, molasses, resins, viscous chemical and hydraulic products. FBCN: raw and treated water, process fluids and industrial effluents. FBOT: thermal oil at elevated temperatures. Fluid viscosity, temperature and chemical compatibility guide the sizing of every application.

Mechanical seal configuration is defined by engineering according to the fluid, temperature and operating pressure. Options include single seals, double seals (tandem or back-to-back), cartridge seals and packing glands for specific applications. For hazardous fluids, double seals with barrier are recommended.

Shipment is by road via BR-101 (via PB), with industrial packaging suited to the journey and tracking until delivery.
