Limits vary by series. FBE and FBEI: up to 350°C, provided a heating jacket and special sealing are used. FBOT: up to 350°C in thermal oil circuits. FBCN: up to 260°C, with materials and sealing suited to the service. Well-sized sealing and materials are a condition for safe operation in these ranges.

Yes. FB Bombas offers retrofit of existing installations, including seal upgrades, replacement of worn components, adaptation for new fluids and hydraulic performance improvement. The assessment is based on a technical report of the current installation.

Yes. FB Bombas offers technical training for operations and maintenance teams in Valente, with modules on: sizing and reading the characteristic curve, identifying cavitation through NPSH, mechanical-seal troubleshooting, laser alignment, ISO 10816 vibration analysis and PM (preventive maintenance) practice with bearing and wear-ring replacement. Training can be delivered at the customer plant or at the Cabreúva/SP factory, in person or hybrid.

Mechanical seal configuration is defined by engineering according to the fluid, temperature and operating pressure. Options include single seals, double seals (tandem or back-to-back), cartridge seals and packing glands for specific applications. For hazardous fluids, double seals with barrier are recommended.

Yes, when the dimension designation matches. The FBCN series follows ASME B73.1 (North American dimensional standard for end-suction process pumps), which requires pumps of the same designation, from any source of supply, to be interchangeable as to mounting dimensions, suction and discharge nozzles, input shaft, baseplate and foundation bolt holes — in Valente plants this applies to the installed normalized fleet. FB Bombas supplies the complete pump, not loose parts: baseplate, piping and foundation stay, and a new FBCN goes in. Before supply, application engineering checks the duty point (Q×H), available NPSH and flange class — a matching designation alone does not guarantee hydraulic equivalence.

It does. FB pumps for stationary fire protection systems follow the NFPA standard (National Fire Protection Association) and ABNT's NBR 16704, requirements demanded in building and industrial projects that call for these certifications.

Shipment is by road via BR-116 (via Fernão Dias BR-381 até MG), with industrial packaging suited to the journey and tracking until delivery. Sizing, proposal and technical support run in parallel through remote channels — distance does not change the engineering scope, only the logistics planning, reflected in the proposal schedule.
