FB Bombas application engineering supports ISO 10816 vibration analysis (velocity RMS in mm/s) for diagnosing misalignment, imbalance, bearing defects and cavitation on pumps installed in Urandi. The service includes baseline capture at startup, spectral comparison during PM campaigns, and intervention recommendations (re-balancing, bearing replacement, laser alignment) before vibration exceeds the standard’s zone D.

Yes. FB Bombas serves Urandi and the entire surrounding region with supply, technical support and replacement parts directly from the factory in Cabreúva/SP. Support includes sizing at no cost and, for critical projects, on-site technical visits.

When there is a plant shutdown in Urandi, FB Bombas triggers an emergency flow dedicated to critical parts (mechanical seal, impeller, shaft, wear ring, bearings): the order gets pre-invoicing, dispatch is prioritized and the modal can change — express road or air, decided by distance and criticality. They do. The FBCN series dimensionally meets ASME B73.1, the North American standard for horizontal end-suction process centrifugal pumps. In practice, a Urandi plant running a normalized pump of the same designation achieves retrofit on the already-installed baseplate: since shaft dimensions, suction/discharge flanges, casing feet and impeller centerline follow the same standard, the FBCN pump takes the place of the previous one — piping and baseplate stay intact. Hydraulic equivalence (Q×H and NPSH) is checked separately, on the data sheet.

Yes. The design of the FBE and FBCN lines favors direct access to wear-prone components — disassembly and inspection are done with conventional tools. The routine gets even simpler with detailed technical manuals and replacement parts supplied straight from the factory.

Yes. Since FB Bombas manufactures entirely in Cabreúva/SP, replacement parts for the FBE, FBEI, FBCN and FBOT series are available directly from the factory, with short lead times for scheduled stops and priority service for emergencies. This significantly reduces total cost of ownership.
