FB Bombas' rotating set balancing follows ISO 21940 G2.5 — a grade equivalent to the API 610 requirement for heavy-duty service. It is the level demanded in critical Zé Doca projects: continuous regime, plants with online vibration monitoring or operations where unplanned downtime is expensive. Above 3,600 RPM or with rotating mass beyond 50 kg, balancing is done on two planes, with a piezoelectric sensor.

Shipment is by road via BR-135 (via Belém-Brasília BR-153), with industrial packaging suited to the journey and tracking until delivery. Sizing, proposal and technical support run in parallel through remote channels — distance does not change the engineering scope, only the logistics planning, reflected in the proposal schedule.

Yes. FB Bombas offers technical training for operations and maintenance teams in Zé Doca, with modules on: sizing and reading the characteristic curve, identifying cavitation through NPSH, mechanical-seal troubleshooting, laser alignment, ISO 10816 vibration analysis and PM (preventive maintenance) practice with bearing and wear-ring replacement. Training can be delivered at the customer plant or at the Cabreúva/SP factory, in person or hybrid.

During a plant shutdown in Zé Doca, critical parts — mechanical seal, impeller, shaft, wear ring, bearings — enter FB Bombas' emergency flow: pre-invoicing, priority dispatch and choice of alternative modal (express road or air, depending on distance and criticality). Four families are manufactured in Cabreúva/SP: external gear FBE and internal gear FBEI for viscous fluids, standardized centrifugal FBCN for low-viscosity liquids and FBOT for thermal oil circuits up to 350 °C. Fire-fighting systems per NFPA 20 / NBR 16704 complete the line.

Every FB pump leaves the factory with a warranty against manufacturing defects, under the terms detailed in the commercial proposal. The condition is that installation, operation and maintenance respect the manual's parameters and the sizing defined by engineering.
