Do I need all the technical details to contact you?

No. Enter the required contact details and tell us what you need. Fluid, flow rate, total head and viscosity help with the review, but the technical fields in the form are optional.

My company is outside Brazil. Do I need a CNPJ?

No. Select “Outside Brazil” under “Company location”. The form asks for your company name and country, without requiring a Brazilian CNPJ. For your phone number, select the country and enter the number with its area code, without repeating the international dialling code.

How can I send drawings or project documents?

Send drawings, data sheets and other documents to the sales email listed on this page. Include your company name and the pump or project reference to help us identify the enquiry.

What should I include for a pump already in operation?

If available, include the series, model and nameplate identification. Describe the application and what needs attention. Photos and documents can be sent by email after your first enquiry.
