The FB Bombas test bench in Cabreúva/SP is an integral part of the manufacturing process. Each custom pump undergoes: (1) hydraulic test to validate flow × head curve, absorbed power and efficiency at operating point and adjacent points; (2) hydrostatic test at 1.5 × operating pressure to validate tightness; (3) dynamic balancing of impeller per ISO 21940 grade G2.5 to minimize vibration. The customer receives a complete report with measured actual curve, comparison with the designed curve and all test data. No pump is shipped without physical validation.
